Grooming Policy

• At McPheron Animal Clinic's Pet Parlor we believe that your animal should have our undivided attention. We ask that you do not show up any sooner than 10 minutes before your appointment so that we can assure our Groomer is available for your scheduled appointment. 
• For the safety of all our animal we require proof of vaccination.  The Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccine are required at least 2 weeks prior to the grooming appointment. 
• We ask that you give a 24 hour notice for cancellations.
• If you are running late, we ask that you call ahead of time and the Groomer will decide if they can still take the appointment.
• After two "No Shows" we ask that you pre-pay for groom. Pre-pay grooms are non-refundable.
