KaitlynnGroomer
Hi my name is Kaitlynn and I've been working with animals since 2013. I always knew growing up that I wanted to work with animals, and had my parents let me get away with it I probably could have opened a zoo growing up. I've had dogs, cats, birds, a rabbit, hamsters, fish, ducks, turtles, and frogs. I currently have an 11 year old Border Collie/Husky mix named Chance, a 3 year old Siamese mix named Sephora, a 10 year old dwarf rabbit named Dexter, a 9 year old lovebird named Peaches, and a 1 year old parakeet named Pico. Being around animals and especially working with them is a huge part of my life and I honestly don't think I would be happy doing anything else. I work part-time as a technician and the other days I am grooming animals. I'm a Professional Dog Groomer. I love both jobs and I'm always learning something new every day.

Dr.Samuel McPheronVeterinarian
Hello, growing up, we always had pets in the house. As a teenager, I found enjoyment in equestrian sports. I rode competitively in the hunter jumper show circuit around the St. Louis area. It was during my teenage years that I had a horse that suffered a severe leg injury from getting entangled in barbed wire. It took 11 months for the wound to heal and the horse to become sound again. During that time, I decided I wanted to become a veterinarian. I received my bachelors degree from Purdue University in 1989 and graduated from Purdue School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. I worked in Valparaiso for 2.5 years. In 1996, I purchased Barden Animal Clinic in Lowell and sold the practice in 2006. In 2007, I opened McPheron Animal Clinic in Crown Point. I look forward to continuing to serve the community needs with many years to come.
